A new point-and-shoot camera ‘IXUS 220 HS’ is about to be launched by Canon. Due to be out in mid-February, this ultra-compact camera sports a 12.1-megapixel CMOS image sensor, a 24mm ultra-wide angle lens, a 5x optical zoom lens, a 2.7-inch PureColor II G LCD screen, Canon’s DIGIC 4 processor, an SD/MMC card slot, a USB 2.0 port, an HDMI port and 1080p Full HD video playback (24fps) capabilities.
